Philly Thrive is hiring for a Climate Equity Policy Fellow ($55k - 65k/year, full time, Philadelphia, PA), applications due May 15, 2023. The Climate Equity Policy Fellow is a multi-year staff position and developmental program. The primary goal of the Policy Fellow position is to provide legislative and policy capacity to Philly Thrive’s organizing for environmental & climate justice, while also receiving training and mentorship to develop the Fellow’s expertise in the area of equitable climate and clean energy policy. Our ideal candidate is a formally trained public policy professional who has experience working with diverse communities, is grounded in community-based organizing principles, and is committed to deepening their expertise on equitable energy and climate policy.
