PhillyForce Coworking Day July 25

Take a break from your office or cubical and join other salesforce.com geeks for a coworking day at the King of Prussia Wegmans on Wednesday July 25.

Look for the PhillyForce sign in the Timber Room if you are new to the group.

As usual, feel free to join all or part of the day, or even just for lunch.

This is probably our last get together until the fall, so don't miss it!

I was asked about our coworking sessions off list and thought that it would be good to share with the group:

 

We normally have 4-6 people. Mostly sfdc consultants but also other entrepreneurs. We've had about a dozen participants one day. We normally sit around the table and do our work, occasionally asking each other questions (which you can imagine is great). Sometimes we break into conversation about some hard to solve problem or other sfdc topics. We eat lunch right there, which is very convenient. It's always great to see everybody, lots of fun, and pretty productive.

Thank you for the description of the Coworking sessions.

I am new to Salesforce. I am not a consultant or developer but am
responsible for the creating/maintaining my companies reports and
dashboards. I do not work for my companies IT department but I do have a
programming background.

Are there others like me that attend these sessions? Would this be a good
resource for me for questions/help on reporting and dashboarding?

The group usually consists of several sfdc people but also other entrepreneurs and work-at-home people. Salesforce.com knowledge in not a requirement for joining our coworking session, and learning is not limited to sfdc beginners - I learn something new every time we get together. It will definitely be a good place for you to ask questions and get insight!
