hi everyone,

you can look under the Pages section at groups.google.com/group/philly_young_shambhala for a nice explanation of the Four Immeasurables, also called the Four Sublime Attitudes. in fact, even if you cannot make it to this sunday's gathering, you might enjoy the read.

they are called Immeasurables because: there's no such thing as too much, and because their value and potential is, well, immeasurable.

we'll consider these four ideas and their interrelationships, we'll meditate a little bit on generosity, we'll contemplate, we'll eat.
