I have rented a car and am driving to this, so I can probably give 2-4
rides ... it is usually a very fun day ... provides an opportunity to
just hang out with the community and get to know each other better in
an non-practice setting.

Midsummer Day

Midsummer Day is an opportunity for individuals, families and friends
in Shambhala to enjoy summer magic together. Our day will include pot-
luck with bar-b-q and outdoor activities. It begins with a lhasang, a
traditional offering of juniper smoke, that purifies the environment
and empowers the space, the objects, and the beings within it by
invoking awakened energy. Everyone is welcome!

I would like to go, but unfortunately I will be in DC for a business trip.  Thanks for the heads up.  I look forward to seeing you again at the center when I get back from DC at the end of the month.
