(From Alex)

Hello to all of you,

On the off chance you are not doing anything next Friday night and
Saturday, or
have flexible plans, I am sending this.

It's called Breath, Movement and Song and it's exactly that: singing
songs from
the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism; moving freely, or under the
direction of
Mara Wai, the movement teacher for the Penn Program for Stress
Management;
and sitting in meditation, working with the breath.

The times I have taught this before it has been a wonderful treat for
all
concerned.
It is extremely low-key, and comfortable. If you don't consider
yourself a singer
or a dancer, you are still most welcome.

Note that the program is now just Friday and Saturday,
May 15th and 16th

Let me know if you have questions.

Love,
A.deV.
