the School Reform Commission:
It is our pleasure to invite you to the School Reform Commission’s (SRC)
Strategy,
Policy, and Priorities meeting on Tuesday,
November 13, 2012.
The monthly meetings are
designed to foster meaningful, topic driven discussions among
the
SRC,
the School District and the community.
For the month of November, the District's
Academic Office will discuss "How Children Learn -
Implications for Classrooms and Communities." We
look forward to an honest and meaningful conversation. Copies of the
agenda, the presentations and the reports will be made
available on the district's website at: www.philasd.org.
The
Strategy, Policy and Priorities (SPP) meetings
are open to anyone interested in the topic. The SPP
formats are roundtables.
Registration to speak is not required. However, we ask
that anyone participating in the discussion comment on the
meeting topic.
Date: Nov. 13 (due to Veterans day,
November's meeting is on a Tuesday)
