Hello everyone,

It's been a while and thank you for your patience. Over winter, we've elected new leadership and have been transitioning to a more inclusive, more flexible leadership structure. Building on the base that Matt and Ryan helped establish, we hope to have new opportunities and take the Philly IGDA in new directions. We are honored to be part of Philly's dynamic, forward-thinking, and singularly-awesome Indie community. We look forward to sharing our ideas and incorporating your input.

Finally, we have created new bylaws which I have attached with this email. Please review them so when we put them up for a vote next meeting you can make an informed vote about it.
