Hello "Stake" Friends!
1. Yes, that's our new name! And you will be happy to know that it was a unanimous vote from the group. Philly Stake
2. We are down to 2 potential venues: a Romania church in Northern Liberties and PEP (People Employing People) in South Philly. And 2 potential dates: September 19th or October 3rd.
A few last details are being worked out and we should know very soon!
3. Also, we have assigned a couple people the tasks of developing a mission/ explanation statement, the request for art proposals, and the designing of a brand/logo. We will have all this info to share and discuss at the next meeting.
4. Next meeting: MONDAY June 28th 8-10PM, 1212 S Clarion Street. You are welcome to bring a snack/beverage to share if you like.
