FOOD MTG tonite 8-9:30PM

Tonite's meeting will be brief since there are a few they can't make it & because I have a sinus infection/cold. We will start at 8PM and end t 9:30PM

 

AGENDA

• Food Sourcing: designate individuals to follow up with farms & designate individuals to engage suppliers
• Food: begin a list of who will be participating actively/ designate a food leader
• Food Budget
• Call to artists: send out announcement tonite (that a call will be announced in 1 week)
• other- entertainment/ decoration/ volunteer coordination
