Hello friends!
Last Wednesday night Stake chose a logo (thanks Asher!) which is attached for your use, finished the farmers letter, press release (well, almost) and developed some next steps. Thank you Hannah for taking the lead at that meeting!
Hannah has sent out a press contact list and a to-do list to the "phillystake" google group. Please let me know if you haven't received it, or are not on that list and would like to be.
Also, we are working on a poster to announce the first event and Kate is being so kind as to design our website (thanks Kate!)
DEADLINES within the next week:
1. Complete press release (July 31) - Lauren and Hannah
2. Letters to be sent to farmers and contact list (August 1st)- Mira and Elizabeth
3. Website to be updated (August 4th) -Kate S
4. Create letter to be combined with call for proposals (August 4th) -Lauren
5. ALL- (asap) add to press contacts
6. Send Press Release out (August 5th) -Lauren and Hannah
7. FOODIES- meeting Monday, August 9th at 8pm 1212 S Clarion St.
