Anyone need a bike rack that mounts to a rear spare tire?

I'm trying to offload mine - don't have a car (toyota rav 4, old crv, some of the jeep models...) it works with anymore, because the car died... There's a craigslist add with info... Best offer, but hoping to get around $100 for it.
