All right ... are you ready?

Secret Ingredient: Lavender

Theme: Farmers Market

While I feel the ingredient is self-explanatory, the theme might need a little more. When I say Farmers Market, it makes me think of Spring, fresh ingredients, and a certain sunny lightness. It does not mean that you have to get Lavender or any other ingredients AT your local Farmers Market, though you can totally do so if you want.

Once you know what you're doing, please email me no later than Sunday, June 2 what kind of cupcake you're doing, mentioning the cake flavor, filling (if using) and frosting. I'll make place tags for each cupcake, as well as comment cards. 

For Tuesday June 4, please arrive by 7:30 with at least a dozen mini cupcakes using the secret ingredient and going with the theme. Once you arrive, I'll get your cupcakes set up, give you your set of comment cards, and we can mingle and chat before we get to tasting.

So sad I'm missing this! If anything changes with my schedule, I'll let you know. Please take pictures and post the results on the thread. I'm curious to see what everyone comes up with!

Like I mentioned before Jess, even if you find out last minute that you can come out, please do, even without cupcakes! 

I plan to do a writeup about Bakers Challenge for my blog, so the photos will definitely be up there, and we should be able to share in the Group as well.
