        It's a busy week for the band.  Friday is our debut at The '76 House in Tappan, NY.  Especially if you live in the area, we would like you to stop in and show your support for the Electric Pulse trio as we play a danceable mix of classic rock between 8:00 and 12:00.  Requests too for after the first set.  Perhaps we will be invited back.

        On Sunday, Dave Solo will be playing one of the last outdoor gigs of the summer at the Sunset Pub & Grill.  This is out by the "great room" next to the runway so it is "weather permitting".  I will be playing from 1:00 till 5:00.  Call the Pub if the weather looks "iffy".

Hi there.

 

You actually did not miss anything. The owner double-booked us and we were bumped off the schedule.

 

However, on a sad note, our bandleader Dave Kraemer had suddenly passed away the Thursday before at the age of 61. He died of complications from a burst aneurysm. He went quick and painless, thank God.

Ron, bandmates and Electric Pulse loyals,

I am so sorry to learn of Dave's passing. I have only seen you guys once (pig roast at Ringwood Skyline Lakes clubhouse I honestly don't even know how many years ago now). Dave - and all - were so kind in the spirit of music to welcome me to your stage and let my spirit go free. I sang Janis with you after too many cocktails and had one of the best times of my life. I signed up for the email distribution knowing full well the pressures of work and paying nj bills would likely never afford me to come out and support you guys regularly, but I always swore i would get out to see you again. It didn't happen. :( So many times on Wednesdays I thought I should just opt to be removed from the email distribution list but I just couldn't do it because I enjoyed that night so much and always hoped to see the band again. Needless to say, my heart is broken to receive this message. I "should have"... :( Just one evening had such a positive impact on my soul...ahh, the power of music! Sure my one experience doesn't scratch the surface compared to how many lives Dave touched through music. May he forever rest in peace...and to quote Shakespeare and one of favorites of all time, Fleetwood Mac...as I am sure it's applicable..."Then Play On", Mr. Kraemer. My thoughtsand prayers are with all.
