Very sorry to hear of Daves passing - he touched so many people

 

I think the second jam that I attended  15 plus years ago was the one that he hosted at Jigg's on Friday (?) nights with you & Pete Bremy. Dave encouraged me to continue my harp playing (Even though I probably sucked at the time)

 

Instead of doing standard harmonica tunes ( like Mustang Sally), they introduced me to songs that I never heard of before-like Cactus's Brother Bill, which I still perform today

 

 

 Always enjoyed his version of Lucky Man and sitting in with you guys

 

 If there is another tribute/celebration of Daves Life/Benefit in the near future -which he richly deserved, please keep me informed.
