Phill Space presents:

Friday Oct 2  8 :30   THE MARK   Electric Pulse Tribute to Dave Kraemer and Open Mic Jam
11 Moquis Trail
Oak Ridge, NJ 07438

From Electric Pulse drummer Bobby "Boom Boom":

“Musician’s Celebration of the Life of Dave Kraemer” featuring Ron Zito on guitar, Pete Bremy on bass and yours truly on drums at The Mark, 11 Moquis Trail in Oak Ridge, NJ on October 2nd, 2015.
Dave passed away on September 10, 2015 after battling back from open heart surgery and a stroke. Tall and thin, Dave looked like a strong wind could blow him over but he had the heart of a lion. We had several long running engagements including once a month shows at The Wearhouse Grille and The Huntsman for 10+ years and once a week shows at The Breezy Point Inn for 5+ summers. Runs like these only happen when you have great musicians who are also great people. Dave was all of the above. Dave had so many great qualities, but his easy going demeanor and dependability are among the many things I will remember most. In a world of sometimes flaky musicians and competing egos, I played hundreds of gigs with Dave and never had an argument, never saw him show up late for a gig, never heard him complain, and never saw him give less than 100%. He was 61. Many musicians and music fans wept.
Ron Zito, Pete Bremy and I were the core of Dave’s band for the last 10+ years. When I first met Dave, Ron was the drummer in the band and as he became busier with his Beatles band, I moved on to the drum seat. Later, as Pete became busier with Vanilla Fudge, Ron came back to play bass. This Friday the first set will feature the multi-talented Mr. Zito on guitar as we play some of Dave’s favorite songs. In the second set we plan to bring up some of Dave’s friends and former bandmates to sit in.
Please come out and join us for this special tribute to our departed friend.  We will be playing from 8:30 until 11:30.
-Boom

We are so sorry that we can not make it to tonight's event.  Dave will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we know that you all will honor him tonight as well as forever remember how he impacted your lives as fellow musicians!  May you all be blessed tonight and make Dave proud to hear you from the Heavens!!

To everyone in electric pulse.

Idk if you guys remember me but my name is Mark and i use to come see electric pulse at the huntsman with my friends Jeff todd and Scott. When I found out about the open Mics at breezy point I jumped on coming, because I just wanted to play good music with a really tight band. You guys were my favorite! I'm so sorry I couldn't make it today. I honestly did not even know Dave passed away until I read this email, and when I did the show was already over. It breaks my heart cause he was an amazing guy. He was always a very welcoming and happy person, and an insane guitar player and singer. I enjoyed all the electric pulse shows I've been to, both with Ron on bass and with Scott on bass. I'm so sorry for your loss guys. Dave had the best heart.

-Mark Tavoletto.
