How to get projects for call center? | India

Hi,
I'm 21m and I'm from India. I'm working in a MNC for non-voice
customer support.
In couple of months, I plan to start my own callcenter with 10-20
workstations. I can arrange resources and recruit best of the people.
(we have population of more than a billion).
The major question I have is, where do I get the clients/projects
from?
I have been working as a freelance writer DP (digitalpoint) forums for
the past one year.
I registered in oDesk and did get a part time job.
Now, I want to move to the next step, set up my own call center and
provide employment opportunities. I would like to know few more
resources other than GAF,oDesk, eLance.
Can someone please guide me in this path?
