Have you had bad experiences dealing with Philip Martin?

As individuals we are not aware of all the tricks and scams that Philip
Martin has played - and is still playing on unsuspecting good hearted
people.

By chance I came across a couple of other people who have also had
dealings with him in the past either as an employee, supplier, etc only
to find out we all are in the same boat ... and what's worse .... he
has always got away with it. I am amazed!!

How can we put an end to this?

I believe that Philip Martin is no longer the CEO of DatamatDBA. Not
sure how to get back at him hopefully the "openess' or "revealing" of
actual exploits will spread the news about the level of mistrust anyone
dealing with Philip Martin needs to maintain. If I had any
recommendation for anyone it would simply be "assume everything is a
lie". That probably means you cannot conduct any business with him.
That's good for you. Don't be lured by any thoughts of greed for any
business dealing offered or talked about. You will lose your shirt.

You would be lucky if you only lost your shirt!!! I would recommend
that any one thinking about have dealings with PM to stop themselves
immediately and consider sleeping with a cobra as it would be far less
painful.

Is he no longer CEO at DatamatDBA - do you know what happened there
then?

To make it clear - the motives of this group are to help others not to
be tricked by another "con" by spreading the word. Many people are
already aware, but there are many others that aren't - new staff,
partners, suppliers etc! They need to protect themselves in whatever
way possible to ensure they don't get tricked!

I remain anonymous not because I can not prove my case is legal but I
don't want any direct actions taken against my family! I will however
post any direct accusations in my own name revealing my identity!

What comes around - goes around. I however hope this group will help
make it happen in this life time and not in the next!!
