Skills Required:
· Candidates must be able to lead and implement projects in a timely manner, provide support for Salesforce Administrators, implement architectural improvements, mentor Salesforce developers and administrators as needed, and self-manage multiple project priorities.
· Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently with both technical and non technical team members.
· Further responsibilities include participation in team meetings, sales meetings, project meetings, regular Scrum/Agile meetings, company meetings, development of peers, and other management assigned tasks. Ability to visualisation the larger strategic architecture while keeping the scope of system under development in mind is essential.
· Ideal candidates also possess Salesforce certifications, have attended at least one Salesforce event in the last two years and have Telecom experience.
