Role: DevOps Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: Long Term

 

Responsibilities:

• Build a highly available and scalable solution multi-datacenter to be used across the applications & service fleet
• Build a service for managing application secrets.
• Configured Ansible playbooks to use Hashicorp Vault
• Experience in working with HashiCorp Vault and HashiCorp Consul-template for retrieval of secrets and keys. 
• Provide security for credentials, tokens and API keys
• Expert review of Infrastructure proposal
• Build on-premise clusters in DEV, TEST and PRODUCTION clusters according to industry security best practices and Information Security guidelines.
• Establish a plan a path for Service Level Objective
• Integrate with the identity provider and certificate management system.
• HashiCorp Consul for service health checks and node discovery

 

Qualifications:

• One year (1+) of experience developing in GO
• Two years (2) of Java development experience
• Hashicorp Vault - Vault Secret Management
• HashiCorp Consul - event propagation experience.
• Experience with Docker 
• Ansible
• Kubernetes
• Chef
• Puppet
