My client is Urgently looking for a Sap/Hana Functional Consultant-Production Planning Lead.
Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant – Production Planning Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
Technical Competencies:
Around 10 years of SAP experience as consultant with complex and multiple projects (Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in the area of SAP – PP/Manufacturing with hands-on experience on the following areas:
Job Description:
SAP S/4 HANA - PP Functional Consultant with experience of implementing SAP for global organizations.
Should have experience working in Mfg. industry with Automotive being an added advantage
Hands on experience in designing and implementation of complex and heterogeneous landscape (SAP and non-SAP)
Must have worked in Discrete, repetitive, MTO, MTS manufacturing, 3 projects end to end minimum.
Experience of Integration with PLM system, QM system and MES system SAP/ non SAP.
Expert in Manufacturing BOM, Routings, Work center, Planning Calendar
Expert in Business and configuration in Demand Management, MRP, Long term Planning, Capacity Planning
Proven experience in KANBAN , JIT and configuration of Production Orders and Planned Order.
Experience in QM, Plant maintenance, Costing, Backflush issue Resolution.
Good to know KPI in manufacturing.
Desirable to have exposure to PPDS.
Experience conducting workshops with stakeholders and showcase capabilities of S/4HANA PP.
Extensive experience in testing and validation of End to End scenario. Clearly understand what can break and defining and executing test strategy.
Hands on exposure on Data Cleansing and Conversion related activities
Training activities – Training documents preparation, training key users or super users
Cut-Over activities identification and execution along with Go-live and Post Go-Live Support
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Business Process Consulting that includes providing inputs on best practices
Solution Architecting the end to end solution in a given process area
Good knowledge of requirement analysis, solution design, system set-up/configuration, testing in SAP PP module
Define Integration points across functional areas
Define data requirements for the business processes
Define reporting requirements for the business processes
Identify required enhancements that is provided by the standard SAP application
Configuration of SAP application to do quick PoC and demonstrate to the business users
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Production Planning or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
