Job Description:
· Should have good experience in handling Production Support projects
· Should have prior experience working with an onshore and offshore model
· Should have 8 plus years of experience in.Net technologies including ASP.Net 4.5, MVC, WEB API, Restful Services and C sharp
· Should have good analytical and debugging skills to find the root cause of production issues and fix them
· Should have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different teams and business users
· Should have extensive knowledge and hand experience in reading a windows process dump files, understanding web server logs and Oracle AWR reports
· Should able to analyze various logs including fiddler logs, slunk logs for finding the root cause of application issues
· Hands-on experience with different crash debugging tools like WinDBG, Debug Diag etc.
· Must have knowledge and implementation of Design Patterns Experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side
· Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns
· Should have good knowledge to Oracle dB to write scripts for data fixes
· Provide support and coordinate with offshore teams for technical functional queries
· Should handle all escalations and critical issues in a timely manner and escalate issues with right teams to get the issues fixed.
· Should have knowledge on LTIL support process
