Position: Technical Business Analyst, (DRM)

Location: Foster City, CA

Duration: 6 Months

 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and create the gathering and documentation of business requirements.
• Utilize design thinking skills to help the business arrive at their desired requirements.
• Conduct analysis to insure alignment with business priorities and to identify/mitigate any risk.
• Collaborate with internal and external technical developers to communicate design specifications and to provide resource and cost estimates.
• Participate in user acceptance testing to insure functional quality and outcomes fit original specification and technical requirements.
• Collaborate in change management process to insure successful deployment of solutions with minimal impact to business.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to more effectively delivery solutions by increasing operational workflow
• Develop deep understanding of integration points with other systems and platforms within the supported features of the applications.
• Comply with existing change management methods

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technology/engineering major
• 8 years of IT experience  (Pharma experience is preferred)
• 5  years hands-on knowledge of working on Oracle DRM (Data Relationship Management)
• 5 years strong knowledge about Data Governance  Processes and ETL process
• Experience with gathering and documenting business requirements as well as follow through in design to solution implementation
• Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion tools like FDMEE, HFM, ODI or Advanced knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
• Knowledge in Tableau is desirable
• Good presentation skills in PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
