Job Description
The successful candidate should demonstrate innovation, constant learning, self-motivation and effective team participation. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required. The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to share knowledge, excellent listening skills and strong analytical skills. The candidate must be able to work effectively under project and daily deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain software release schedule and act as a liaison between teams to ensure proper communication
- Cultivate robust and sustainable working relationships between business and technology teams to foster a cross-functional team environment
- Adhere to internal SDLC and review processes and standards
- Assess existing processes, determine key areas for immediate improvement, make recommendations and implement for continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with the Product owner and Stakeholders to facilitate release management across teams to coordinate release planning
- Ensure cross functional documentation tasks are managed appropriately across teams
- Active participation in problem analysis, resolution and triage application issues. Ability to diagnose data related problems.
- Active Role in System incident management and Change Process
- Prepares documentation for the Support resources on new functionality and supporting material for analysis of customer issues.
