attached, revised, still scrappy notes on Mill's The Subjection of Women

I'm wondering if any student might want to volunteer to do a class
presentation on this book--on any central, important aspect of Mill's
discussion that interests you. if so, just send David and me an email message
and let us know what you want to do.

There is also the question, on which we would like to secure
student input, as to how we might most usefully use the
last class meetings (i think we only have 9 weeks
slated with readings and topics in our syllabus)
