Hi
These notes are incredibly diffuse, but since I am looking at
just a subset of the many issues Mill artfully traverses in the readings from Principles of Political Economy
for today''s seminar meeting, I thought I should lay them (the notes) on you prior to class.

There are lots of topics discussed by Mill that might prompt interest, wonder, or skepticism on your part,
and that would be well worth discussing, even though they don't fit within the scope of the notes here attached.

I'm open to discussing anything in the reading that strikes you as noteworthy.

Best,
Dick Arneson
