Boost.Asio and Patterns

Shameless plug... I've recently written an article about the use of
Boost.Asio ( http://asio.sourceforge.net/ ) and the patterns that we
have been able to implement with it.

Chris Kohlhoff -- the author of the library -- has also posted his
