Finished up week 9 this morning.
I really kicked the shit out of the first two weight workouts (Chest & Back, Shoulders & Arms) on Days 57 and 59, but I haven't done either since week 3 so it's not too surprising that there was improvement. Plyometrics and Legs & Back have also improved a lot since week 3, but I've been doing those the whole time so it hasn't seemed as dramatic.
I'm actually getting pretty tired of Kenpo X. I'm clearly going to finish out the full 90 days, but I think moving forward this one will be the first one I cut from the program (yes, even before Yoga X!). Speaking of which, I like most of Yoga X by now, but it's still way too long and boring. I'm pretty sure I've been late to work every yoga day, and I'm not going to get up any earlier in the morning. I'll probably keep this one around but maybe only do the vinyasas and a balance posture or two.
I still have four weeks to go so I don't want to get too far ahead of myself, but I think after I'm done I'll probably try to keep 3 of these routines to go with 3 runs per week. Maybe mix them up to keep it interesting.
