Finished week 10 this morning. Not a whole lot to report. At this point I'm kind of just looking forward to being done so I can go back to running and/or sleep more.

Stanoch, even 5 days behind your original timeline you've got to be really close... are you in the home stretch final recovery week?

been on the 'every other day' plan. still 2 more weeks for me give or
take

I've been doing a little P 90x, but signed up for a 1/2 marathon in January.  So I've been running a lot.

Must be nice to run outside in January without looking like you're about to commit jihad

Yeah, I'm rapidly getting to the point where running outside is not an option. My in-laws gave us their ancient treadmill but it's pretty terrible. I might bite the bullet and signing up for a gym nearby.

I actually love running outside. It's a little warmer in DC than CT, but just throw on some spandex, glove and a hat and get warm by running.

Yeah, running outside is the tits as long as it's not cold enough to freeze them off.

Car read 43* at 5:50am today driving to boot camp.

I am learning it is all about the layer and peeling off.

Could go with a wet suit and then just piss yourself for warmth

Seasons are sweet. CT has all four witches nice. Troy only had two: a month of summer and eleven months of "gray."

+1 for seasons, I just wish we got all the snow with a little less cold. It ain't unbearable here though, basically same as Troy.
