So bill did you fire this up?  How's it going?
 
I'm officially IN on starting, but am taking the rest of this year off.  Still looking to start in early Jan.

What do the time committments look like?  How are the workouts?

Longest one i've seen is 45 minutes and they are pure hell.

10-15 min warm up (which may be the hardest part)
5 minute stretch
15-20 minute circuit with some 30 second water breaks sprinkled in
3-5 minute cool down/stretch

How much room do you need to do it? I don't think my apartment can handle this completely non-cut dude jumping around like a wild person.

Every day I think of how cool I'd be if I was in, then I crack a beer  :(

i do mine in my basement. i probably have 5' x 7' to work with and make do. My biggest problem is some of the vertical jumps, i have to hold back or i could knock myself out on one of the beams.
