The end is in sight! I have to admit that I've gotten sick enough of Kenpo X at this point that I skipped the last one in favor of a 4-mile run instead. Also, I have officially joined a gym and need to put together my own custom plan for moving forward. My ambitious goal is to keep doing some sort of exercise 6 days a week, probably for more like 30-45 minutes than a full hour. For now though, last recovery week, final fit test, "After" nakes.
