to Cut Dudes

Finished week 8 (recovery week 2) today. Swapped the last two days and did X Stretch yesterday and Yoga X today. So far I'm down about 6 pounds and way up on energy and endurance. I haven't done any measurements but my pants are a little bit looser and my shirts fit a little bit tighter across the chest and shoulders.

I was just thinking: if I keep this as a weekly update it will be kind of like Jzoe's updates only with more cut dudes, less body hair, and fewer mental images of him nailing some chick who rates anywhere from a 4 to an 11 on a 10-point scale.

Yeah, I prefer Jzoe's updates.

Day 70 something for me. Last sunday i completely caught up, was
feeling great about that. Then my brother came to visit and got me
blackout drunk 2 days in a row. Then had to travel to edmonton,
canada for the rest of the week and the trip just sucked the life out
of me, took 10 hours each way with connections. Long story short,
doubled up yesterday but am still down 3 days (again!). i'm going to
try to catch back up by Friday

getting close though, only a little more than 2 weeks left.

On a scale of Boot to Channing Tatum how are you feeling right now?

it's hard to feel really good being behind so many days. before the
draft when i was completely on schedule i was feeling great, and
dieting well. following the draft i struggled to catch up and when i
did i blew it up again. also have been eating incredibly unhealthly
last few weeks on top of that.

still i've been pretty happy with the results. lost a lot of weight
and body fat. when i started i could do a pullup, maybe. yesterday i
did all the pullups without using a chair first time ever. also
started using 25 lbs weight for the arm exercises and when i first
started i could only do the 15 lbs free weights.

Nice progress.

Unrelated I hate doing pull-ups at my gym because my shirt pulls up and it looks like I'm wearing a belly shirt. It's pretty awkward because the pull up bars face a row of elipticals, so you're just eye locking a bunch of middle aged chicks with your gut hanging out.

Obv solution is to wear no shirt.

to clarify those pullups i only do 8 per set and they are definitely
not full up/full down. just regular pull-ups with no cheating? maybe
4 or 5 i guess. more for the chinup version.

I don't understand your range. Are you asking him whether he feels "super" cut or "ultra" cut?
