Did Chest & Back this morning, now 2 days behind the original schedule. Felt like a chump, but it did succeed in making me want to work out more. Ab Ripper tonight, possibly Plyo tomorrow night after work/dinner. If I do Yoga on Saturday morning and Legs & Back Sunday night I think I might actually catch up.
 
Oh, that's another problem I'm having, right now I'm doing a bunch of work for a company that's over an hour away so a much bigger chunk of my day is taken up commuting than usual.

gonna fire up kenpo tonight then i'm actually on week 3.  fearing chest / back was sore for 3 days after that

Just powered through a little Thursday Night Football Plyo X. I think I'll always prefer running early in the morning, but I might be able to get used to late workouts.

Spent Saturday cleaning out a closet under our stairs and putting up some drywall, so Yoga X on Sunday helped get the hunch out of my back. It's ridiculous how much crap we accumulate over the years. Anyway, I think this technically meant I was caught up, but I skipped Monday so now I'm a day behind again.
