Did Chest & Back this morning, now 2 days behind the original schedule. Felt like a chump, but it did succeed in making me want to work out more. Ab Ripper tonight, possibly Plyo tomorrow night after work/dinner. If I do Yoga on Saturday morning and Legs & Back Sunday night I think I might actually catch up.Oh, that's another problem I'm having, right now I'm doing a bunch of work for a company that's over an hour away so a much bigger chunk of my day is taken up commuting than usual.
