Still two days behind, god it's so hard to double up to catch up. I had Chest and Back Sunday, was good to see that Merene (?) girl again. Too bad last time i did that one i booted and i was feeling queezy this round too. Plyo yesterday during football, but kind of dogged it.

Day 43: Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. I'm so noodle-armed right now you might mistake me for Chad Pennington. My body is fighting itself right now because my arms are so happy that next week they don't have this workout on Tuesday but my brain is like "wait! That means Yoga!" Damn you optional push-uuuuuups!
