Wowza.  Started this shit up yesterday, i recommend not trying after sitting on your ass for 2 months and nursing a wine hangover.  Booted after the fit test.  That has to be a good sign, but i didn't see it as a category on the workout sheet?  Day 2 this morning was pretty hardcore, no question harder than P90, but i like how much less time it requires.  Shane in video 2 there is a super pasty lilly white chick in the back you'd probably like

Brad you want to fire this up?  Gonna need a workout bud to get through this (zielder you pretty much got me through the last half of p90)

I did the fit test, but I have two double-bacon-crybuger reasons I don't see how I can up with this:

- I'm already going to the gym every morning in addition to running several times at night, so time is a little bit of an issue. Easily overcome by "shutting the fuck/manning up"

- More importantly, I have no good room to do this in. I tried doing it in our office, but I don't have a lot of floor space and it sounds like the second floor of our house is going to collapse every time I jump (that is if I I'm lucky enough to miss clocking my head on the pendant lamp in the middle of the room). I don't even have enough room to use the Kinect properly, so a crazy cardio workout is even more difficult.

Going to the gym in the morning and running at night will NOT get you laid.  Insanity will, ask guilluame.

Try day 2, I want to see if you also think it's over the top difficult, or maybe i'm just a joey.

Just wait until you get to Pure Cardio.  there are no official breaks, you just stop for a minute or 2, right before you pass out or die.

Ok, I'll try out day 2 this afternoon if I get a chance.

I meant I run several days a week (at night) with a group from my gym, not that I go out running multiple times each night.

I have room, but it's tight. It's more the vigorous activity and jumping where shit gets sketchy. My house is older than 3 Budwins.

I'll give workout 2 a shot today and let you know if I can manage to pull the tampon out.

Welp, that workout was as promised (insane). 

- Shaun T >>>>>> Tony H

- I don't get the Ray Lewis stutter-step during the warm-up, I couldn't get the footwork down and watch the TV and I felt dumb

- I finished mostly without any extra breaks, but the 2nd/3rd set of basketball drills were ridic. I had to stop a few times during the up/down push-ups, the side abs and in-and-outs for sure. I'm glad the people in the video were also taking breaks here because I felt like a chump on that 3rd set. 

- That chick in the back is WHITE and the black chick up front reminded me of a more ripped version of that new warehouse woman on The Office. 

- That workout was roughly 287.34% more intense than my usual cardio regiment, that's for sure. I had a pretty good sweat at the end and I'm not an overly sweaty person.

- It's still pretty hard to do that shit in my room. I don't really have enough space to do the shuttle side step things (hit my foot on the bed a bunch) and then I have to move back to this one human-sized cubic area where I can actually jump without hitting the lamp; not impossible, but definitely not the easiest.

Right?

My favorite part was one dude getting up and leaving in the middle one of the sets.  Definitely had to take a few bonus breaks in the last two intervals.  Legs are killing me right now, but am looking forward to tomorrow.

In fact I bet if I went back and watched the video without doing the workout, there's not a single person in that gym that does every rep of those basketball sets. I can't even imagine doing that in my best shape.

There was one morning that I woke up and couldn't walk because my calf muscles hurt so bad.  Made Sarah massage them for a good 30 minutes

Ok Insanity before running was a terrible choice. My hamstrings were extra creamy and Sarah was nowhere in sight to help me out. I graduated from the tenderfoot running group to the manstamp group today and I feel like I've made a terrible mistake. 

Pretty close to re-inserting that insane tampon back into my vag.

i am 50% in on firing up p90x starting first thing in the morning. what's holding me back is i know for a fact i won't do it every day, but i'm about to pull the fuck it switch.

Day 4 and 5 down.  Day 4 was a cupcake but i challenge anyone to complete the last 22 minutes of day 5 without dying.
