Dear All,

Please find attached the photo shoot schedule on 9th January 2011 at the Convention Centre New Campus TISS for your profiles and CV. We have attempted to make the process of the photo shoot as structured and organised as possible. We have hence developed fixed timeslots and divided the entire school into groups. Each group has been given a time slot for their respective photo shoot.

Dear Placecom members,

I wont be able to wait for the individual photo shoot, as I live in Kharghar and there is a mega block for the harbour line. Also I would  like to bring to the notice of the placecom reps, that I understand that you all are struggling to organise things in the best possible way, but it is also important to take care that the language does not sound coercive, especially sentences like the following could be particularly demeaning:
  • Please also understand that the group photographs are scheduled for the morning half and the individuals photographs thereafter ( Pls make yourselves available accordingly)
  • All are expected to adhere to the decided dress code any individual not doing so will be excluded.
  • No request will be entertained to exchange/Prepone/postpone ones time slot so please do not make any such attempts.
I bring this to your notice, so that such communication does not culminate into a setback into all the efforts you all are putting. Besides excluding your own colleagues just because they could not adhere to the dress code is something that sounds not only rude but also unprofessional, because there could be a number of students who could possibly not afford the required dress code, particularly suits.

Thanks and Cheers!

Neha.
