Atmas namaste
It was clearly mentioned, at the bottom of the sharanagati prayer posting: "do not do this prayer if you have not been taught it by Master or one of the Acharyas."
Acharyas teach it only to arhatic yogis. But when Master was in his body, he did teach the prayer - including the Hanuman pose - at some other courses. Those who got the benefit of that, can of course continue to practise it.
Some of them might have become arhatic yogis by now. Others might not.
Even arhatic yogis should not, we feel, do the prayer till such time that they have been taught the prayer by the acharyas. This is because when it comes in an official form, there is an empowerment with it.
This is true of various chants & mantras as well. And the meditation CDs - they are openly available, but till one has done the relevant course, it is not advisable for a person to practise them. As Master says, "we would not be responsible for the consequences."
May we point out here that if one is an arhatic yogi and a pranic healing instructor, one is not supposed to be disseminating other schools of healing or using other techniques. That is Master's take on arhatic yoga, not ours.
His own healing techniques were very direct & simple, strictly as per the book only.
Warm regards
Hari
