Here goes the Sharanagathi:

Salutations to the Supreme God
Salutations to Lord Mahaguruji Mei Ling
Salutations to Chohan Jigmei Ling
Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, Atma Namaste
I the Soul salute the divinity within you
I the Soul recognize my Spiritual Teacher within you
I the Soul, am super receptive, super conductive, to all the spiritual energies from the Supreme God flowing through you
Yes Master
Thank you, Master
With gratitude, respect and love,
Thank you

If you can't hold the Hanuman pose, you can do it sitting (floor or chair), with the left heel against the perinium and right foot on the floor.
And if you have not been taught the invocation by Master or the Acharyas,
DON'T DO IT.

warm regards

Atma Namaste!

I just wanted to know whether the Sharnagati Prayer is meant for all or only Arhatic Yogis. As per earlier instructions of MCKS it was strictly meant for AY practitioners. Kindly throw some light on this.

yes Deven evewn now its meant only for Arhatic Yogis and not for basic students... it was clearly mentioned by one of the acharyas during the retreat at vijayavada that this is not for basic students but only for Arhatic Yogis.

Could someone clarify the hand positions to be maintained during the Sharanagathi prayer. Does it move from the highest position down according to the prayer’s words.

It was clearly mentioned, at the bottom of the sharanagati prayer posting: "do not do this prayer if you have not been taught it by Master or one of the Acharyas."

Acharyas teach it only to arhatic yogis. But when Master was in his body, he did teach the prayer - including the Hanuman pose - at some other courses. Those who got the benefit of that, can of course continue to practise it.

Some of them might have become arhatic yogis by now. Others might not.

Even arhatic yogis should not, we feel, do the prayer till such time that they have been taught the prayer by the acharyas. This is because when it comes in an official form, there is an empowerment with it.

This is true of various chants & mantras as well. And the meditation CDs - they are openly available, but till one has done the relevant course, it is not advisable for a person to practise them. As Master says, "we would not be responsible for the consequences."

May we point out here that if one is an arhatic yogi and a pranic healing instructor, one is not supposed to be disseminating other schools of healing or using other techniques. That is Master's take on arhatic yoga, not ours.
His own healing techniques were very direct & simple, strictly as per the book only.

Warm regards
Hari

The hand position does indeed move down. Only for "supreme god" is it maintained at the highest position, for the rest of the prayer it is slightly lower.
