Flash Developer [Full-time]

I-SITE [www.i-site.com], an award-winning interactive design and marketing company located in Old City, Philadelphia is looking for a Flash Developer to work closely with fellow designers, developers and project managers to develop and produce projects for a wide array of clients. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, fun and casual environment. You will act as a bridge between our designers and developers so you must have strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Candidate must be able to work independently and cooperatively on projects. Dependability and a stellar attitude are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Flash components, animations and websites for a variety of national and international clients
• Take part in brainstorming sessions, help develop storyboards and motion design.
• Take part in web (HTML and CSS) production
• Provide quality assurance on deliverables
• Interact with clients in a professional manner
  

Required Skills:

• Flash & ActionScript 3+ years
• Good knowledge of Adobe Create Suite
• Good knowledge of HTML, DHTML  & CSS
• Flash animation skills, practice code-based animation
• Experience integrating XML, JavaScript, and PHP with Flash for data integration and transfer
• Great problem solver, sharp eye for detail
• Final Cut Pro, AfterEffects, sound editing, and Lego appreciation skills a plus
