GWAS is performed using logistic regression

Dear all,

We are interested in "290: Delirium dementia and amnestic and other cognitive disorders".

According to the instruction, we found that the association used a generalized mixed model association test . Based on our study design, we are wondering if you can provide us GWAS-related gene list, beta values and p-values under some conditions. GWAS is performed using logistic regression and selected principal components 1-10, age and sex are used as covariates. Lastly, the GWAS statistics are clumped (Plink command: --clump-kb 500 --clump-r2 0.1 --clump-p1 1.0 --clump-p2 1.0) for generating linkage-disequilibrium (LD)-independent SNPs.
