Download PheWAS results table for single variant

Hello,

This is a great resource, thank you! Is there a way to download the PheWAS summary statistics for a single variant? I am not interested in the full GWAS summary statistics per phenotype, instead I want the underlying PheWAS statistics that are used in the PheWAS plot.

Hi Snehal,

Thank you for your response. This download link is only to the top variant for each phenotype. I would like all of the statistics for one particular variants for all phenotypes. Basically the underlying data to the PheWAS plot shown in the screenshot below.

Thanks for your interest in PheWeb! Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to download the summary statistics for a particular variant across all phenotypes present in the PheWeb instance.
