ACM-India W Committee announces the ACM India Grad Cohort 2023, an event exclusively for female PhD and Master's research scholars, to be held on 7 and 8 July 2023. The event is the fifth in the series of events and will be held in person after a gap of three years. Grad Cohort 2023 will be hosted by the Department of Computer Science and Automation, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.
The two-day event will cover a broad range of topics relevant to research in Computer Science including but not limited to choosing a research area, dos and don'ts during research, post-doctoral research, careers in India and abroad, etc. There will be plenty of opportunities for networking with other research scholars and speakers from academia and industry at the event.
We welcome applications from women research scholars and Master's students in Computer Science across India. There is no registration fee and accommodation will be provided in IISc on a first-come, first served basis. Limited travel support will be provided by ACM India to the research scholars attending the event, with reimbursement soon after the event.
