The LNM Institute of Information Technology (The LNMIIT) Jaipur is an Institute of higher learning that is deemed to be university.  The LNMIIT is a public-private partnership venture between the Government of Rajasthan and the Lakshmi & Usha Mittal (LUM) Foundation and was established as a non-profit philanthropic organization in the year 2002. 2. In case of exceptional candidates the Faculty Recruitment/ interview panel may recommend a higher CTI within a given academic level.

 

2. Research support with attractive seed grants/research initiation grants up to Rs. 20 lakhs for new and existing faculty members as per institute norms.

3. Medical group insurance policy for faculty and their dependent family members as per institute norms.

4. Suitable accommodation facilities depending on the availability, with a nominal license fee as per institute norms.

5. Fixed Transportation Allowance (TA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per institute norm.

6.  Dearness Allowance (DA) is aligned with the central government rate.

7. Attractive Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) for the promotion in addition to the open channel.

8. Relocation expenses up to Rs. 1 lakh shall be reimbursed at the time of joining the institute.

9. Employees will be entitled to casual and privileged leaves as per institute rules.

10. Partial financial support for national/international travel to present the research work in approved top-tier conferences and seminars as per the institute norms.

11. The institute provides Rs. 1 lakh per year as an annual research grant to cover professional expenses.

12.  Provision of an additional Rs. 1 lakh to annual research grant of faculty if he/she publishes 02 (or more) Quartile-1 (Q1)/Tier-1 (or equivalent) journal papers AND brings externally funded, research, development, industry, or consultancy project of significant value.

13. Tuition fee waiver policy for a maximum of two children of the Institute employee, if admitted to any of the Institute programmes through the standard merit-based process.

14. Faculty excellence awards for exceptional research, teaching, outreach, and institute services.

15. The institute offers to provide an environment for faculty members with an interdisciplinary curriculum and diversity in critical thinking and innovation.
