Hello all,

Greetings from Civil Engineering Association (CEA), IIT Madras.

The last event of this academic year - CEA Night is just around the corner on April 19th 2017 (Wednesday).

As a part of CEA Night we are having a CEA Dinner. Please follow the following instructions to avail food coupon after CEA Night cultural performances at CLT. Coupons can be collected outside CLT.

1) Cost of one VEGETARIAN order is Rs.300/-. and Cost of one NON- VEGETARIAN order is Rs.350/-

2) All the students interested in coming to CEA Night Dinner (both CEA members and non CEA members) please fill the following form.

3) You can check if you are a CEA Member using this link. Open the link and type your roll number to check for the following.

To be a CEA Member,

1st year B Tech or DD students should have paid 300/-
2nd year B Tech or DD students should have paid a total of 500/- or 600/-.
3rd and 4th year B Tech or DD students should have paid a total of 600/-.
5th year DD students should have paid a total of 600/-
PG students should have paid 200/- this academic year.

4) If you have paid the money and the portal does not show that please mail the photo of your acknowledgement to financecea2k16@gmail.com

5) All the CEA members are requested to bring their institute ID cards/ Mess cards to get any one (VEG or NON-VEG) order for free.

6) If you are a Non CEA Member money can be paid while taking coupons.

7) All the students interested in coming to CEA Night Dinner (both CEA members and non CEA members) please fill the following form.

Please note that you cannot collect dinner coupons if you don't fill the form even if you are a CEA Member.

Non CEA Members are also requested to fill the form You can pay tomorrow and collect the coupons.
