This is complaint no.2 against Dr. Jigeesh.

For BI subject,attached exercise was given only Krishna.

For, such partial behavior of IBS staff - I do not want to waste my hard earned money.

Please waive off my fees for this semester.

Dr. Jigeesh,

Before I respond to your content, please review attached communication snapshot with my HR Director and VP India Operations (IHS). This dates back to First semester of PhD when you took DS1 - MIS for us.

I'm dealing with due caution with you and your subjects afterwards so that I can do both my Job as well as PhD.

1. What you perceived as my non interest in class was compensated when I mailing you data for the table you allotted to Krishna, however there was no response until I put it in the form of complaint after 15 days time.
2. Please elaborate your statement what is "doing lot of exercise, came with all preparations" that you could see and I could not see.
3. I still repeat the charge that you gave exercise only to Krishna and I took pictures of his notes in your presence. At that point you said even I can try the exercise. And this is the difference. You were not equitable while giving work to all participants.

I leave it to the IBS management to decide if my blames are unnecessary and imaginary.

The allegations you threw on me are purely baseless and ridiculous.  Before blaming anyone, every person has to self-evaluate his/her intention, role and responsibilities.  The attachments you have forwarded are not having any of my writings; it is the writing of some one else, who might have done some exercise to solve a problem. 

I know (you also know), how much effort I have put up to draw your hidden knowledge and attention towards class-discussions so as to inculcate research-oriented attitude in your minds.

On 9th January (Friday), I asked both of you to attend the next day's class with any real time data or problems of interest to explore, so as to apply the Business Analytics methods I have covered so far with applications to some examples.  On Saturday, Mr. Krishna, after doing a lot of exercise, came with all preparations.  He expressed his interest to apply the methods on project management issues.  When he discussed about several projects-related issues, I suggested him to look into project success and failure issues by giving some examples and also asked him to apply the methods like Naive Bayes method.  He noted all these keenly and sincerely. You were also present in the class.  When I asked you about your preparations, you did not give any inputs.  Then I suggested you to work on this seriously.  Your earlier email has an attachment of some project data without having any description of problem, nor any preliminary work, plan (your ideas) and analysis.

Still I suggest you not to throw unnecessary blames on people who feel responsibilities and show lot of concern and commitment to their work.
