Gents,

Based on our discussions, I have drafted following five point agenda to be discussed with IBS Management and Administration

We may either email this or can have this point by point walk through with Mgmt and admin staff.

Six Points 

1. Accommodation and Facilities

---------------------------------------------

a. Ancillaries should have heads up on arrival and departure of the batch.  They should facilitate in providing keys at security. 

b. Arrangements like Water, room cleanliness etc should have already been done. Most of the time this is not there till Monday and cleaning occurs alternative days only.

c. Almirahs  is essential and it becomes difficult to manage the food and clothes on the floor. Especially insects get into the clothes.  This facility is there in bigger rooms but not in small rooms.

2. Internet

Internet has never worked till we ourselves have arranged few cables to right routers . The facility is available already, but some one need to put the right things to get it functioning. 

3. MarkSheets

----------------------

Market sheet for term1 should be provided so we know where we stand. Based on the scores only we need advisory on how to proceed for term-2. Lets have a check point in this week for Term 1 in current session only.

4. Sunday Exams

------------------------

We all prefer to have exams on Saturday and Sunday. This would give us good time to focus on individual subjects and adequate time to catch flights.

5. Feedback session

---------------------------------

We request to have feedback sessions on batch progress as well as the logistic issues for each session. Preferably every Friday of the spell. 

6. Study Material

--------------------------

Before coming for spell, require a advanced notification of coverage of material and possibly share the study material. The batch would arrange for ground work and get the copies themselves.
