Designation: Trainee Test Engineer
Position: 5
Report To: Operations Manager
Function: Operations
Responsibility:
Primary Functions / Responsibilities:
· Handling the zone assigned as per the schedule
· Escalations of errors observed as per SLA
· Client communication pertaining to error escalations
· Sending of Internal reports wherever applicable
· Internal escalation to superiors regarding internal issues
Mumbai Candidates only
Skills & Knowledge Necessary:
· Knowledge on Internet domains
· Basic Idea of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycles)
· Effective Communication skills
· 24*7 work shifts
- Written & verbal communication – ability to communicate clearly & correctly
Educational Qualification Required: Graduate in Engineering (Computers, EXTC, IT preferred) B.E /B.Tech from Mumbai University (Education - First class without gaps)
Others: Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on Sundays & Public Holidays.
Work Experience: Freshers from Reputed institutes
Bond: 1 year + submission of original educational certificates
Compensation: 13.5 CTC
