Role & Responsibilities:-
 
  • Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates
  • Interviewing prospective candidates and briefing them about the job description
  • Negotiating salaries, extending offers
  • Submitting relevant resumes 
  • Lining up candidates for interviews
  • Facilitating the placement of candidates till they join
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/yearly goals

Selection Process (No. of Interview Rounds):-

  • Total 4 round of interviews.
  • First 2 round of interview will be conducted by GTT, student would assess on communication and aptitude level.
  • 3rd round of interview will be conducted by Client. 
  • 4th and the final round of interview would be conducted by client , post training to assess the Students/Candidate.

Any Bond:-

No, However if candidate leaves before 12 months of joining the company he/she will not be eligible for complete refund.

Any Additional Information:-

If candidate is selected, they will be given LOIs. Candidate is suppose to pay 15000 and enroll for training of 2 weeks.15000 is refundable in two instalments, i.e. 50% each on completion of 6th and 12th month of full time service in company from the date of joining company.

*If candidate doesnot clear the training or the final round of interview after training then 15000 is NOT REFUNDABLE.
