Ihad this problem too, and for some reason, spotlight search didn't show where the folders were. When the pop-up window appears, go to the activity monitor. You should see the wondershare process running in the list of apps that are running. Highlight wondershare and then click on the info icon at the top which will show you the location of the files. (probably user/library/application support). Go to the indicated folder and move all wondershare files to the trash. It's a good idea to check for files in the preferences folder as well.

I have been using Wondershare's AllMyTube and find that while it works well there could be memory leaks? Further, and of more concern, that it's integration into Safari could actually conflict with Extensions. I find that AdBlock and Simplify GR are both not working and that they did when I uninstalled AllMyTube, but now reinstalling it they've stopped working, again.

I have been using the free version of Allmytube with success and purchased the full version. Afterwards nothing works. It only downloads appr. 30 - 40 seconds of any kind op video from You tube - I have tried to uninstall, reinstall, go back to the free version, change internet connection etc. The wondershare support cannot help (though being very kind).

They are courteous, after all they're Chinese. All I know is there is a decent update coming soon and that there cannot be both the free and the paid version on your system at the same time. There could be a conflict between them, but you *should* badger them about it.

They come from the Windows world, so their concept of uninstalling and installing themselves into a program is stuck there, for now. I told them they should release a Safari extension separately and not try to force their way in, that would stop the conflicts. That would then mean the software could just be deleted to be uninstalled, where as they include an uninstaller.

i got the wondershare filmora app from the apple store but i bought the subsection from wondershare filmora website the apple store wants me to choose a plan how do I get a round this so I can use the app
