Running A squeak image

Hi, I am trying to run Scratch from Squeak Scratch Source Here. I have a scratch image file which squeak opens without complaining but I cannot see for the life of me how to "run" the code.

This is the screen I get when I select Open with MySqueak from the Nautilus Filer in Gnome 3. When I use the "Load Project from File" option, squeak seems to to recognise anything in the scratch source as something openable.

In the Scratch .tar.gz file there is a Squeak VM but I can't open that either. The suggestion on the Scratch site is to "Drop The image In" but that just opens up the first so many characters in a text editor window.
