Buscade money - idea

Hi everyone! 

Hope everyone is doing well, it's been a long time :) My brother is organising his buscade at the moment and it got me thinking about the money which we have left over, about 400 euros if I read a past email correctly?
Would it be possible for whoever has the money (I can't remember) to maybe transfer it equally to everyone? It doesn't mean we shouldn't have a reunion at some point of course, but at least it would be sorted.
What does everyone think about this?

The money is in a joint account owned by lara and myself (lol). The ppl at the bank looked at us in a bit of a funny way.

That would surely not be a prob, the only thing is that both lara and myself have HSBC accounts thus transfers would need to be done to other HSBC accounts (otherwise we would render the charges assoc with transferring to a diff bank)

If the amount for each of us is 'only' 10 euros, then I like Lara's idea on facebook of giving it to a charity... but of course everyone has to agree :)

Either like that or else we can organize something next summer...like the boat party i had mentioned....its up to u ..for me its not a problem as long as everyone agrees but to stay transferring money to every person its a bit of a hassle for me and lynn and as she said not everyone has an hsbc account! 

Well let me know what you prefer and we ll go accordingly!

Well what we can do is organise some wine and platters somewhere like melita, fra giuseppe or somewhere similar some time in maybe beginning of january like fri 10th jan or so..

What do u think?

I like the idea of wine and nibbles. I went to something similar at Fra Giuseppe in the past. We all paid a fixed price and had free flowing drinks and nibbles for the night. They even sectioned off the top floor.

But I really do think that if we are going to meet up we should set a date and move forward. Otherwise we might as well donate the money because we won't ever get around to finalizing an event.
